What program do you use?
Recently I've switched to using Clip Studio Paint on Xp-pen Artist 13.3 Pro. I also use ProCreate on iPad Pro 10.5 inches sometimes.

No. I've been quite on the fence about this for years now but I decided to disallow this.

Yes, I do commissions! I usually announce on instagram whenever they're open.
